Which class to book

Start with Haute Form: classical Pilates focused on form, alignment and breath. Once you know the basics, add Haute Burn for strength and Haute Sculpt for a high intensity sweat.

What to wear

Fitted clothes you can move in and grip socks. Bring water. Leave shoes and bags in the cubbies by the door.

When you arrive

Come 10 minutes early. We will check you in, ask about injuries, show you the studio and get you set up. Tell your instructor if you are pregnant or recovering from an injury.

Bringing your kids?

Childcare is available during select classes. Look for Childcare available on the schedule when you book.

After class

Most people feel their core and legs the next day. That is normal. We recommend two or three classes in your first two weeks so the method starts to feel familiar, then try the 2 week unlimited trial for $50 or choose a founding membership.
